Who we use / how do I track

ALL PACKAGES are handled by Royal Mail. To track your item please visit www.royalmail.com and enter in your tracking code in ‘Track your item’ if you were provided with one.

Delivery T&C's

Krunal’s henna paste and cones are prepared on a weekly basis to ensure customers receive the freshest paste for best quality results. Therefore, with the perishable nature of these items, only First Class Tracked and Signed by 1pm is offered. Though Royal Mail aims to have your item delivered by next business day 1pm, there may be unexpected delays and can be delivered between 1-3 business working days from when the item was dispatched. All packages cannot be guaranteed to be delivered within these timeframes. Prices for this service and packaging starts from £4 depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Krunal is not liable for any orders that maybe delayed by royal mail. All issues regarding your order once dispatched has to be directed to Royal Mail.

Should your request be urgent then Krunal can have the items shipped using tracked 24 hours, prices for this service and packaging starts from >£8. Though Royal Mail aims to have your items within 24 hours there maybe unexpected delays therefore it cannot be guaranteed that your item will be delivered on time.

As these shipping options require signatures please ensure someone is at the address to ensure it is signed for. If missed, the items will be sent back to Krunal. Krunal will not process any refunds or ship out new replacements for any missed packages that contain perishable items such as cones or paste. It is your responsible to reorder via the webstore and pay for shipping for those items. Any non-perishable items will be reposted once a new delivery fee has been processed.

Please ensure you have provided the correct address with your order to ensure the item is signed for at the correct address.

Please ensure your orders are placed on time by Sunday 6PM for your item to be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). You will be provided with shipment dates at checkout. Should your order be placed after Sunday 6PM but have selected the shipment date for the Monday, your order will be made and processed to comply with the shipment date for the following week and shipped Monday the week after. Therefore, it is advised to plan ahead about your requirements and place orders accordingly to the needs of your diary. Plan week(s) in advance to avoid disappointment and to deal with any unexpected delays should that happen.

Delivery / Lost Items

In the chances of your item being delayed or lost, please allow 5 working days for all tracked and trace 1st class mail. Orders that aren’t delivered by these time frames are considered lost by Royal Mail and all (if applicable) compensation queries are to be submitted to Royal Mail. Krunal is not responsible for your item being lost or delayed.

Please note due to the current pandemic, delivery services maybe delayed. Therefore, please allow for more time for Royal Mail to process and deliver your items.

Delayed / Lost Items

For all perishable items such as cones and paste, no refund or exchanges will be processed due to the product’s sensitive nature. If your order has arrived damaged then please get into contact with Krunal to see what can be done resolve your original order.

For all non-perishable items such as henna powders, a strict 14 day returns policy is active from the date the item has been delivered to the address. The client is responsible to pay for and send the item back to Krunal. Please retain a copy of tracking codes to forward over to Krunal and for your own references. Should a return package be lost an investigation will be launched with the courier service that was used before concluding if you’re still entitled to a refund or if your need to take it up with courier provider.

For any international orders outside mainland UK, all items are non-refundable/ exchangeable. Please get contact us to discuss.
